VALIDITY
Validity of packages are mentioned from the day of purchase.
CONFIRMATION
To confirm date of check in and check out, availability have to be check with FGT Tour & Travel Minimum of 72 hours prior to departure date.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
- Packages are NON-Refundable after purchasing
EXTENSION OF STAY
Extension of stay before or after end of the tour is permitted subject to hotel availability. Such extension have to be paid accordingly. Transfer between hotel and airport on your departure date after the extended stay will not be provided.
AMENDMENT OF NAMES
Amendment to the names must be notified to us in writing at least 3 days before the departure date.
DELAYS/FLIGHT
The timing of air, sea, road or rail departures is estimates only. We cannot be held liable or accept any liability for any delay on your flight whether the cancellation or delay is caused by adverse weather conditions, rescheduling by an airline, airport authority, and/or action by air traffic controllers, mechanical breakdown or industrial action. Where long flight delays result in lost holiday’s time, no refunds are given by hotels or suppliers. Similarly, airlines do not offer compensation for flight delays.
ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION BY US
while we will use our best endeavors to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to change any of the facilities, service or itineraries described there with prior notice. No compensation will be paid for alterations or cancellations caused by changes or cancellations to schedules by transportations or hotel, the number of person who has booked is less than that required for the tour package or any “Force Majeure”. “Force Majeure” includes (but are not limited to) war, threat of war, riot. Civil disobedience or strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, epidemics or health risk, level of water in river, technical or maintenance problems with transport, closed or congested airport or ports, unforeseen operational decision of air carriers or any unforeseen or unavoidable event beyond our control.
PASSPORT, VISAS, AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
It is your responsibilities to ensure that you satisfy all applicable requirements and take with you all necessary documentation for the whole journey. We cannot be held liable if you fail to do this or be held responsible for any denial of boarding or entry into a destination due to improper documentation or whatever reasons and, if we suffer any loss or expense of such failure on your part, you will be obliged to reimburse us.

check in time is at 1500 local time and check out time is 1200 local time
CHILDREN POLICY
infant and childeren below 5 years old will be free of charges and we do not provide any seats or bed for the transportaion and hotel, and in case of requesting for seats or bed for childeren , we will charge accrodingly.
children above 5 years old will be charged same as an adult and seats and bed will be provide.
